Hello Readers!
Today, I am here to share my experiences that I have gain these years. After a-lot of hard working, researching and learning, Now I come up to a level where I can give advices to you, Hope you like it.

                      


I am a nutritionist as well as a fitness trainer for some people in my circle. Who worked and gained knowledge about the supplements ,nutrition ,foods and exercises that a woman and man should opt to keep them awaken in healthy lifestyle and to be the best version of themselves. 
Even though who thought that they do not have time to exercises due to a busy schedule will sooner or later have to find time for illness.
I personally recommend people to work on their bodies whether they are fit or fat, so that the chance of illness is reduced.
As we all have faced such pandemic situation where health is the only wealth of mankind. So I highly recommend everyone to stay fit and being fit and doing exercises does not mean to that everyone must have six-pack abs and a chiseled body, one who want them can make them but our main objective it to preach the know, and some tips and tricks for staying fit in our ay to day busy life.

        Because a fit and healthy body is the best fashion statement.


A lot of people were telling me about their health and the nutrition they intake.
Most of the people, because of their different lifestyles ask to me that their body growth doesn't match with their nutrition intake and exercises they perform.

All man and woman have different body type, which requires different nutrition supplies to their bodies: 
Therefore, nutrition intake depends upon the personal goals of individuals.

Gym lovers come up to me and ask for which protein should they intake as per their goals and body type.
To be fit doesn't only means to improve your body but it is the basis of dynamics and creative intellectual activity.
People have set an idea that who works for hours-n-hours in the gym are not more likely fit in intellectual activities. But I Recommend that the person should firstly work on exercises with nutritious diet ( that I will be helping you in my next blogs) and secondly taking supplements for required growth.
NOTE: I personally don't recommend artificial supplements to anyone unnecessarily.  
Hence a person should work on him with good diet and workouts.

Here is one of the most IMPORTANT thing which everyone of us must do to remain healthy, that is 
                   TO REDUCE JUNK FOODS.                                                 

                     Junk food you have craved for an hour or body you have craved for whole life? 
     YOUR DECISION!

A fat person is more likely to be ill and full of diseases. So, stop going hospital and work on yourself and keep your family happy for lifetime.
